Asynchor is a SaaS platform for thought management, async collaboration, and personal or team reflection. It combines voice capture, transcription, summarization, topic organization, analytics, and AI-assisted retrieval so updates do not have to live inside yet another meeting or chat thread.

The product reflects Tomas long-term interest in applying AI to practical workflows rather than novelty demos. It is built around the idea that teams should be able to record structured updates, extract knowledge from them, and search that knowledge later without depending on synchronous communication every time.
