Carv is an AI recruitment platform built around meeting capture, transcription, summaries, prompts, and recruiter workflows. Tomas led the initial rewrite from React to Flutter with Firebase on Google Cloud, helping define the technical architecture early enough that the product could move quickly without collapsing under its own complexity.

The engagement covered frontend architecture, backend integration, real-time workflows, technical guidance, and code quality discipline. It also included test-driven development practices and CI/CD with GitHub Actions so the team could iterate faster while keeping releases predictable.

R-DEV supported delivery through the public web launch and prepared the initial mobile release candidates. Carv later pivoted harder into web-first SaaS, but the early Flutter, Firebase, and product structure work created the base that enabled that transition.
